Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Basic. No questions asked, no retention call.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final after the 7-day free trial. The trial is your evaluation period — you can cancel any time before it ends and not be charged. Once charged, your subscription runs to the end of the period; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period.
Can I bring my own Anthropic key?
Yes — Premium subscribers can paste their own Anthropic API key from Settings → Bring your own AI key. Reports then run on your key (no weekly quota, just a 5-minute cooldown), and you see the spend in your Anthropic console. Typical cost is $2–5/mo at moderate usage. You stay subscribed to Premium for the household-only features (Sheets export, push alerts, scenarios, Monte Carlo).
Is my financial data secure?
Each user's data lives in an isolated SQLite database. Cross-tenant queries are structurally impossible — the tenant path is derived from your session, never from URL parameters. Bring-your-own-key Anthropic keys are encrypted with Fernet (key derived from the server's session secret). Backups are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before leaving the server.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — go to Settings → Manage subscription → change plan. Lemon Squeezy handles the proration automatically.
What happens if my payment fails?
You'll keep Premium access while we retry over ~21 days. We'll email you so you can update the card. After all retries fail, you drop to Basic — no other surprise.
Billing handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Prices in USD; your card is billed in your local currency at the daily exchange rate.
